Christopher Westra is an expert on the Law of Attraction. Christopher received a degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and a doctorate of naturopathy degree from the Clayton School of Natural Healing. He has studied mental and physical health for over 25 years, working with troubled youth and as a counselor in a prison. Christopher lives in Gunnison, Utah with his wife and five boys. He enjoys gardening, mountain running, and connecting people through the Internet.
Another of Christopher’s passions includes reading and writing related to the Law of Attraction and conscious manifestation. Christopher has provided a brief reference list of not only his books and articles but those books that influenced his growth in this field the most.
Psycho Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz
Pscyho Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz was Christopher’s first exposure to the Law of Attraction. His high school wrestling coach wanted all his wrestlers to read Psycho Cybernetics. Mental rehearsal is an important concept in the book, and the reason the coach recommended it. The book talks about experiments with basketball players, who were divided into three groups. One group practiced on the courts, the second group practiced only in their minds, and the third group did not practice at all. When the researchers tested the athletes on their shots, the ones that did the mental rehearsal did just as well as the ones that did the actual practice.
Christopher saw how mental rehearsal improved his wrestling, so he started doing it before other events. He used it with dates, public speaking, and other athletic endeavors. He found that rehearsing mentally made things better, whether it’s a test or a competition or some other life event. He still uses the technique and has taught it to his boys.
Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot
In Holographic Universe Michael Talbot discusses creating something tangible from spiritual or nascent matter. From this resource, Christopher came to understand that what he was doing was not simply visualization. This book heavily influenced Christopher’s writing in his book I Create Reality.
The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles
The Science of Getting Rich became an instant persuasive classic regarding mental or mind science when it was published in 1910.
I Create Reality by Christopher Westra
I Create Reality, as well as many articles and other writings, was first idealized while Christopher commuted to work. The central idea of I Create Reality is the idea that objects are created spiritually well before they are created physically. This is not a new phenomena - the book goes on to explain that this process has been happening since the beginning of time.
Realms of Joy by Christopher Westra
Realms of Joy is a companion to I Create Reality. It is about holographic time and how to live in holographic time. Christopher wrote this book to help people understand the difference between linear time and holographic time so they could better understand the idea of creation in the present.
Ten Ways That Holographic Creation is More Powerful Than Visualization by Christopher Westra
In his free report, “Ten Ways That Holographic Creation is More Powerful than Visualization” Christopher again details the differences between holographic creation and standard visualization. In this special report Christopher states that holographic creation exists in the moment yet outside of linear time - there is no past, present or future to holographic creation yet it does exist. Using this technique you can manifest your desires into the physical realm using your spiritual energy. Though this technique is different by definition from visualization, many people who create powerful visualizations and manifest through them are actually practicing holographic creation.
Eric is the host of a free 12 week teleclass series about the law of attraction that he enjoys sharing with others.
